Alex and his team did an outstanding job with my vintage Airstream build. They stand behind their work and were very responsive and helpful in installing upgrades and adjustments to my camper. They installed new brakes, lift kit, and replaced a few broken components at a fair price and in a timely manner.

Alex is awesome to work with. I had him remove the septic from my airstream and install a conventional toilet with hookup direct to septic since we are using it as a ADU. We talked about other mods which based on his advice we did not do. Communication is excellent. He is honest and clearly laid out expectations and timeline. The work was very well done and carefully thought out. Iβve already given him my Spartan to redo!

We had a great experience working with Rom Customs on our Airstream remodel. From start to finish, Alex was very professional, communicative, and clearly takes pride in his work. He really listened to what we wanted and helped bring our vision to life while offering helpful suggestions along the way. The quality of the craftsmanship stood out to us, and everything was completed with attention to detail. The project stayed on track, and any questions we had were handled quickly and thoughtfully. Overall, weβre very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering an airstream remodel.

If you're ever in a panic on the road, pray you're near ROM Customs. I called Alex twice in a row. I'm sure he could hear the urgency. He called me back immediately. My solar panel had flown completely off the rig during my maiden voyage with my kids, and he found a way to fit me in on the spot. What I really needed was to make sure the remaining panels were properly secured so the same thing wouldn't happen again. His crew assessed everything, went out to get the right screws, and made sure nothing else was going anywhere. They did it right. Alex told me, "I've lived on the road. I know how important it is to get help." You feel that the moment you walk in. His crew are road people themselves, and they shared their own stories of being helped by strangers while traveling. There's a real culture of care here. The facility is incredible. I felt like a kid in a candy store surrounded by Airstreams. And Alex was so wonderful with my kids the whole time. I live in Connecticut. I will absolutely be making the trip back this summer to have them do more work on my rig. That's how good these guys are. Don't hesitate. This is the real deal.

Alex and his wonderful team performed exceptional renovations and upgrades to our 1965 Airstream Overlander. Some of the major items included - an exterior paint job, frame repairs, new axles, new wheel assemblies, and a lift kit. The services performed and attention to detail was all top notch. When I had questions about the best way to address an issue, they always had great ideas based on their extensive knowledge of vintage Airstreams. These are the words that come to mind when I think of Alex and his team: honest, trustworthy, dependable, expert, craftsman.
